bumbles & lu is the brain child and creative outlet of Nikki Lynn, a textile addict & archivist living in Texas with 2 adorable kitties nicknamed, you guessed it, bumbles and lu. Recently added to the fold – a boy & his dog, turbo. Even more recent addition – frankie, a mangy stray from the neighborhood.

I enjoy working thrifted, rescued & salvaged materials into my creations whenever possible. It helps that I’m a fairly avid thrifter and have been stockpiling fabric for years, although I’m trying to cut back. I swear.

I am no longer actively creating vinyl designs for the bumbles & lu shop. I am not able to keep up with the mass production needed to meet demand & keep the shop fully stocked. However, I do have quite a bit of unsold back stock & the shop will be periodically updated with some old-time favorites.
